Coming · prototype you can see

Who can run it tonight? The skills matrix knows.

What each job role needs, who is trained and to what level, which certificates expire, and who must retrain after a new instruction. Bring your Excel matrix in as it is.

Who can run thenew press tonight? Two people. A thirdsigns off on Friday.
Makkal AIAI already reads calibration certificates in GageMakkal.Every app shares the same rule: AI prepares, a person decides.See Makkal AI →
Prototype: the screens below come from the SkillMakkal prototype, with made-up data. We change it with every plant we talk to.

The skills matrix, always current

  • People by competence: not trained, in training, competent, can train.
  • Certificates with their expiry, and auditor qualifications in the same matrix.
  • Show it big on a screen on the line, or print it.

Gaps before the auditor finds them

  • Not trained, below the level the job role needs, expired, or expiring in 60 days.
  • Who must retrain after a new version of an instruction in DocuMakkal.
  • Plan the training straight from the gap.
Gaps: missing, below the level, expiring in 60 days

Import your Excel matrix

  • Columns become competences, marks become levels (ILUO, numbers, or your own words), names become people.
  • See what changes before you import; a lower mark never lowers the matrix.
  • People who never sign in, like agency workers, are in it too.

Signed off, and shown to work

  • On-the-job sign-off by someone who can train, confirmed by the trainee.
  • Classroom, on the job, external and e-learning records, for many people at once.
  • An effectiveness check by risk; "not effective" puts people back in training.

Night shift, Line 1

A new press arrives. By Friday, three people can run it.

  1. NeedThe press operator role now needs "Press 4 set-up" at level 3.
  2. TrainMarco trains two operators on the job and signs them off; they confirm with their PIN.
  3. ReadyTomás sees three names on the matrix and plans the night shift.
Signed off: twomore on Press 4. Then nightsare covered.
Works with

Better with the rest of the honeycomb.

A new instruction in DocuMakkal asks for retraining, AuditMakkal reads auditor qualifications, and GageMakkal can ask who is qualified to calibrate.

Talk to us early

Shape SkillMakkal before it opens.

SkillMakkal is being built now, with plants like yours. Tell us how you work today and what gets in the way.

  • A person answers within one working day, not a bot.
  • We show you the prototype on a call, with examples from your plant.
  • Early plants decide what comes first, and get it first.
