Coming · the easy way to start

Every check on the floor, done, on time, on a phone.

Shift-start checks, 5S, forklift pre-use checks and layered process audits. Operators answer on a phone in a minute; a failed answer gets fixed, becomes an action, or an NC with its photo.

Station 4 still hascontrol plan rev C. Logged with the photo.I'll raise the NC.
Makkal AIAI already reads calibration certificates in GageMakkal.Every app shares the same rule: AI prepares, a person decides.See Makkal AI →
Prototype: the screens below come from the CheckMakkal prototype, with made-up data. We change it with every plant we talk to.

See which checks were done, and which failed

  • Rounds done on time this week, due today, missed, and answers that failed.
  • The questions that fail most, so you know where the floor needs help.
  • Supervisors sign off a round when something fails.

Layered process audits, by layer

  • Team leader every day, supervisor every week, plant management every month.
  • Five questions drawn from the pool each round, so the same ones are not asked every time.
  • A question that never fails is flagged to replace; one from a CAPA can be added.

A report of every round

  • Answers, failures and what was done, photos and signatures, and the checklist version used.
  • Print it, save it as a PDF, or email it to the customer.
  • Checklists in several languages: AI translates, a person checks before operators see it.

Start from a template

  • Starters for LPA, shift start, 5S, forklift, extinguishers, gauge checks, safety walks and incoming goods.
  • Yes/No, a number with limits, a score, a photo, a signature, a barcode scan.
  • Scan the QR label on a machine to start its checklist.

29 October, Line 2

A two-minute round finds an old control plan. By noon it is an NC with the photo.

  1. RoundPiotr does the layer 1 LPA on his phone. At station 4 the control plan is rev C; the current one is rev D.
  2. FailureHe answers No, takes a photo and chooses "raise an NC".
  3. FixedAnna's NC opens in CapaMakkal with the photo; DocuMakkal shows which stations still have the old copy.
Station 4: rev C,should be rev D. Got the photo.NC raised.

Better with the rest of the honeycomb.

A failed check raises an NC in CapaMakkal or a work order in MainteMakkal; a gauge question looks it up in GageMakkal.

Talk to us early

Shape CheckMakkal before it opens.

CheckMakkal is being built now, with plants like yours. Tell us how you work today and what gets in the way.

  • A person answers within one working day, not a bot.
  • We show you the prototype on a call, with examples from your plant.
  • Early plants decide what comes first, and get it first.
