Your internal audits: planned, run and closed.

Plan the year from your risks, give each audit to a qualified auditor who doesn't work in that area, and turn findings into corrective actions without a single spreadsheet.

Who can auditLine 2 in October? Not me, I work on Line 2.It already suggests Rahul.

Prototype: the screens below come from the AuditMakkal prototype, with made-up data.
01

Plan the year from your risks

  • Rate each audit area against your risk factors at year end, and let the result set next year's priorities.
  • One grid for the year: system, process, product, layered process, control plan and MSA audits.
  • A moved audit keeps showing where it was, so nothing quietly slips.

02

Only qualified, independent auditors

  • A qualification matrix by standard: VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, ISO 19011, core tools, LPA and more.
  • This year's competency assessment must reach 80 % before someone can audit.
  • Nobody audits their own area: they are greyed out, with the reason.

Run the audit, record the findings

  • A checklist per audit type: OK, Not OK or N/A. Not OK becomes a finding.
  • Rate it major, minor, observation or improvement idea, against the clause.
  • Major and minor findings open a non-conformance in CapaMakkal, linked back to the audit.

See the whole programme at a glance

  • Audits done, overdue and waiting for approval, by month and by type.
  • Auditors and auditees are reminded a month ahead.
  • Upload the report, sign it off, and the record is ready for the certification body.

October, Line 1

Sophie finds the old instruction. Anna closes it for good.

  1. AuditSophie runs the Line 1 checklist on a tablet. Two stations use revision D of the work instruction, not E.
  2. FindingShe marks it Not OK: a minor finding against IATF 16949 8.5.1.
  3. ActionAnna's corrective action opens in CapaMakkal. Piotr swaps the instruction; DocuMakkal shows who has read rev E.
Which revision isthis instruction? Rev D... oh.

Better with the rest of the honeycomb.

Findings go to CapaMakkal, auditor skills come from SkillMakkal, instructions from DocuMakkal, and MSA audits link to GageMakkal's equipment.
